We're a team from Korea, and there's a special reason why we built Before JIWON. In Korea, when you apply for a job, you're asked to write something called a "μžκΈ°μ†Œκ°œμ„œ" (self-introduction essay). It's an old, outdated tradition β€” 500 to 2,000 characters about your strengths, weaknesses, and why you're applying. It feels like writing a mini novel. We even call it "μžμ†Œμ„€" β€” which literally means self-novel. πŸ‘‰ It's painful for candidates to write. πŸ‘‰ It's torture for companies to read. And now? AI writes most of them anyway. No soul. No vibe. No real connection. We hated this. So we decided to change the game β€” not just for Korea, but globally.
